Children with disabilities left behind the digital train

This is not what we envisioned when this crisis started. This is not what we asked for. Kids are caught up in this. Even the education of kids are on the line especially children with disabilities (CWDs). Learning has shifted from the classroom to virtual because of Covid-19. However, children with disabilities are left behind this train. In most communities in Cameroon, CWDs come from poor homes and they cannot afford digital devices like computer, tablets or smart phones to be able enjoy learning like other kids. I have been working with some CWDs on improving the educational rights and this is one amongst  the challenges they face in this time. CWDs should be able to enjoy learning and entertainment just like every other kid.
