Here's the full petition: Tell Secretary Kerry to Push Saudis Toward Peace in Yemen!

We, the undersigned, ask that you do everything in your power to ensure that the Saudis stop their horrific bombing campaign against Yemen. When you meet with Saudi leaders next week, we ask you to put pressure on them to resume the ceasefire and work to end the conflict through peaceful means.

Thousands of innocent Yemenis – including dozens in just the past ten days – have been slaughtered by U.S.-made jets and munitions in an ongoing war that targets civilians. The Saudi’s actions in Yemen are likely war crimes and the destruction has devastated the country. More than 80% of Yemenis are now reliant on humanitarian assistance in order to survive. As human rights advocates, we are also horrified by the news of an additional $1.5 billion dollars worth of weapons to the Saudi regime, and we hope the US government will rescind the deal.

It is imperative that you make clear that the U.S. will not continue to support Saudi Arabia’s war against Yemen and demand that the ceasefire is resumed.
