I live in Eastern Congo, labeled as the worst place in the world to be a woman. I am crippled from polio. But these things don't characterize me. I have a vision for my country that compels me, and its destiny is driving me. It’s big, maybe improbable, but not impossible. For I have learned that making the impossible possible, simply requires a different set of rules. And I’m all about changing the rules. In fact, I BELIEVE in Miracles!
World Pulse is a miracle-enabling platform. Our little organization has introduced thousands of women to the networking power, the solidarity of sisterhood, the community of encouragement and support found here. Many of our Maman Shujaa (Hero Women) have become connected to sponsors, capacity building forums, speaking engagements, workshops and other opportunities abroad. With World Pulse, they've found their voice and themselves on a global stage where their stories are touching hearts and inspiring generations around the world. From Congo!
For my passion to be realized
