Breaking and Entering

Dear Judge Shirley Kornreich

I hope this letter finds you well. Now that we have gotten over the pleasantries, let’s get down to business. After googling you, I understand you may not have time for small talk.

So how about that Kesha case? You didn’t go to Law School (graduate of New York University (Phi Beta Kappa) and New York University School of Law (1975), just to preside over a little girl throwing a tantrum, oh my goodness ,to top it up, a celebrity. Kesha should have known her voice was not the only thing attached to the contract, if she had vigilantly read it, she would have known her VAGINA was under a similar contract. She signed over the freedom to own her VAGINA. You certainly sorted that mix-up out. I am just as bewildered as you, why would someone claim to be raped with no medical support and expect you to do something about it? How naïve has this world become? Every victim of physical or sexual abuse should keep some sort of evidence to make their story authentic in the courts. Breaking and entering is an unlawful entry into a building for the purposes of committing an offence, so making a case is a bit easier; you may have items missing, shattered windows and broken down doors. As for breaking and entering a Vagina, well, what can I say? What do you suggest?

I am sure you came to this decision after much consideration. The girl needs to continue to work through her contract, besides; she doesn’t have to work with him. As for the sexual abuse, no visible scars means suck it up buttercup. People are saying this is passage to sexual abuse going unchecked, they must be crazy, what are they talking about? This does not hinder the ongoing call for victims to speak out and have the law serve and protect them, no it doesn’t, your Vagina just needs to prove it in court.

The movement to end abuse against women, you have seen it all I am sure; there’s no room for that kind of nonsense in the court rooms, right? That kind of thing should be kept on the streets. Sending her back to the lion’s den, will absolutely assist in her healing process.

Do you have a daughter, granddaughter or niece? I wonder?

A woman of such greatness makes a grave decision to her own kind. Well Shirley?
