Nandar's Voice

Now I will pass Nandar's voice for your interest. She has finished two year Metal Processing course and she said she studied ; Preparation of molding materials, preparation of pattern boxes and core boxes, melting the materials and foundry mold and casting process which will be kept for the next year students to observe. Here is the translation of her voice;

' The Government Technical High School , I did not understand what it was. It was not clear or sure . The teachers said it was Technical Institute connecting to electricity. They said I need to take the entrance exam and that would be easy to get a job after graduating form there . Then I became interested a little bit in it. Then , I took the entrance exam and I passed it. And I gradually understood the type of the school. I also the meaning of The Government Technical High School. This school is technical school and they taught all subjects with practical lessons mainly in major subjects. The practical lessons were done two times per week. The teachers taught very well to be able to use the technique when we work. Besides , it was noted that this school was a joint with a foreign school and I became more interested. 'The harder we try, the better the chance we will get ' I have heard around the school. The job advertisements were posting on the school noticeboard too.

The essay contests were made for the interest of other people. To learn the techniques very well, the jobs were done for about a month. We will get the certificate and we could attend at the joint school which is attached to a Singapore school. Even with this condition, my life became easier. I did not need to take grade nine in high school because this course is equivalent with Grade ten ( Matriculation) Grade nine students, Grade ten students even high school graduates attend at this school. That means this school is useful and can provide a good life. I highly expect from this school because it could help the young people to make their dreams come true.

I think that would be very difficult if we did not get the financial support form the school. With that support, I could study there without financial support from my family. I would not have been studied without from San Mya Thidar Nan's school as well. I am grateful to all the teachers who help me. I pay homage to all my teachers.

( She is also planning to attend the SITE course for four months and expecting to join Government Technical Institute if she passes the exam with star. )

I attached 2 pages document she sent me through Viber.
