How the mental health therapist fail there clients

Attention and emotion play a role when exploring trauma whilst I find mental health practices make you want to shut down and feel defensive and not say anything. In this report will discuss the need for a different communicative approach. When speaking or what can feel like an interrogation whilst speaking to a mental health practitioners.
The current system is to tick your box and medicate and refer to others this whole process can leave you feeling lost alone and untreated. Many people studying current courses in mental health do not teach you how the speak to someone.
Some of the questions I have had “when did you get ptsd” “why are you not telling me” “I need to know why your not telling me for”.
As you can see from these questions you want to shut down as the stimulus is triggering the emotions that then effects attention and the relationship with the therapist.
If I where to ask it would be like this “when was the first time you felt ptsd you in your life” “how would you like to feel today” “do you dwell or think about suicide”
As you can see these questions would make you think and direct your attention to what’s going on for you.
What I am doing now is proving that help can be found I have been providing resources for people that find there way out of truma or any life issue
