Hello Olanike,

Welcome to World Pulse! Thanks for sharing your offer. Is NGMD your NGO? I'm looking forward to learning more about what you're goals and mission are. If you have links to these books, you may want to include them in the "Utilize this offer" section so people can easily access it.

Hi jlanghus,
Thanks for reaching out to my posts.
Yes, NGMD is my pet Project and NGO. For now, I work it out with a friend and Sponsor. I reach out on the Girls underage Domestic Servants I find in my Community. I educate them on the reason they must not remain in the status forever, if their children unborn may not continue in their shoes, and serve their mates.
In some cases, I have had to invite and talk with their parents and sensitise them on their Girlchild education. I was able to find out that, offering their female Children for *SLAVERY and DOMESTIC SERVANTS* is only borne out of shear ignorance and not because they are poor per se.
It is so sad to note that most of them produce children, want them in females so that they could offer them for money... pity.
In this regards, I have had to donate few copies of my titles and in some cases subsidise their production so that majority of the students may be able to have access to copy, read and be wise that, education is not only meant for the Boys, as their illiterate parents still preach it, but for them too.
I try to give them life examples of female Presidents, Sirleaf of Liberia, German Chancellor, Female Administrator in their immediate environment, and My humble self who are able to stand tall in the midst of our male counterparts simple because we are Educated.
--Many Communities to visit,
--Many Girls to reach out to and return to Schools (fees, uniforms and out of pocket allowances)
--More Parents to sensitise that A child is a child, Male or Female!
On occasions, I have had to educate them that, Nobody is known because his father was influential! Each person have had to work things out for himself or for herself, be it a Boy or a Girl!.
I am still on it, all by personal efforts most times and I hope to reach out to many more Girls...
Touch many more Girlchild...

##My Vision is to see that Every Girlchild has good education that is just enough for her to rule her World##

##My Mission is NGMD## as long as Her World Pulses, No matter the circumstances##

I Hope to talk to you as issues unfold on NGMD.

Thank you.

Nikeagbeja.

Can you please elaborate on how we can access this. Are these text books that can be used in a group setting? Are they for sale? Where and how can we get them? Thank you

Thank you Bim for your interest in the Books.
The Text Books can be used in a group setting.
They are for sale on Bookshelves at a number of Bookshops in Nigeria.
The Boos also could be supplied or shipped to anyone anywhere by order at a subsidised rate, if for the purpose of empowerment.

Thank you for your prompt response. I'd keep this in mind. How much do they retail for and how much are you willing to subsidize for a mentoring group of young girls. Also do you have anywhere we can view excerpts?
