A girl

I am a girl an African girl, looking to change the world but am sad because I feel I can't all they say is you are a woman you do not have to talk when men talk, you are suppose to stay home while men explore the world. I wish we could stop them. All they see is something under our pants. They say its a mans world but I object that. I am sad the want only our bodies. How can we run this world this way? When they start ganging up in teams? I wish we could stop them. There is more girl, girls being taken advantage of in this world. They turn our girl hood into a delicacy to be chewed down. They thought they could s notarve our future but we passed around education like finger food. I won't stop until every girl is fed. Girls we are superior and not inferior we must rise up and conquer

"I won't stop until every girl is fed. Girls we are superior and not inferior we must rise up and conquer"
thank you for writing.
personally i have learned this quote, tho not exactly the words
"It may be important to fix the world, but it is more important to control one's mind"
and i just went looking for who said it and got many more. i like this one.
hope you do also.
“You can’t change how other people think and act, but you’re in full control of you. When it comes down to it, the only question that matters is this: If nothing in the world ever changes, what type of man are you gonna be?”

Dear Claudia,

I admire your courage and your misssion. Please continue empowering girls by telling them to be Somebody not Somebody's.

We awareness-raising, encouragement and mentoring, girls can grow to become responsible citizens with the power to change their situations.

More power unto you sister.

Hello Claudia,
You are not just a girl, you are a girl with conviction! And i can see that in your post.
Remember, you’re not alone as long as your with World Pulse, you can gather strength here from the stories of resilience and strength from the sisterhood.
Keep putting your thoughts there. Shout louder until they hear and listen. That’s the only way we can enact change, is to be constant.

God bless you.
