Introducing myself and my journal: Education for Development



About Me:
I am African,from Nigeria, born and nurtured in Lagos Nigeria,of eastern Nigeria origin.
Growing up wasn't easy, my dad lost his job too soon before i was eight, so my mother had to take over the feeding of all eight children,it wasn't easy, we all are grown and married now,but i cant get my mind off the suffering we all had to go through,there was never enough to eat but we all survive. Now as a married woman with two kids, when i see woman fighting for their children and the society,it makes me think of my mama.



Being poor,i suffered all the prejudiced of rape, hardship and pain,i was determined to see myself scale through that torture life,and now it seem it has continue, my mama manage to put me through school,and God bless her i am now a university graduate looking to make other live a more better life than myself.
i tell myself, life would have been better if my mama was educated a bit,maybe life would have being better.



I am determined to make a change by teaching poor women and girl basic elementary education and skills to help them meet the changes in our emerging economy, this will help them to manage their resources better and help lower poverty rate.

Writing poems based on happenings around me,mentoring youths to create and empower themselves and singing

To build a small school structure where poor women / girls will be taught basic elementary education and skills
