EMPOWERED TO SUCCEED

Our first training for the year was held on 29th March 2014.

Women empowered with livelihood skills such as

i. Production of petroleum jelly
ii. Production of liquid soap
iii.Production of disinfectant
iv. Book keeping
and basic computer and internet essentials.

The women where so happy to be empowered.

We printed and distributed out 500 fliers,but only 20 showed up, because a lot of them taught it was to good to be true. While sharing the fliers a lady told me she had gone for another training that was to before free, but was asked to pay some money after the training, I assured her it was all for free, but she still did not turn up.

The few who did, were glad they did and told us, that they will let other know about it, for our FREE April training.

My vision is to have FREE vocational skills training centers for rural and less privileged women across the world, a place where

i. they will acquire vocational skills like bead making, liquid soap production, catering, fashion designing etc
ii. learn how to use the computer and internet
iii. a book club where they can get relevant information's from books pertaining to their vocation, like catering books, interior decor books, fashion designing books, business books etc
iv. adult education
v. business trainings
vi oppotunity to access loans for business.
