\" With Iraq on the front pages once again, I wanted to share with you one account of the impact of the current spike in violence on the rights and lives of women.

Young men armed with assault rifles went door to door in Mosul, the second largest city in Iraq, taking \"women who are not owned\" for \"Jihad Nikah\" or sex Jihad. From June 9th - 12th, women's rights activists documented 13 cases of women who were kidnapped and raped by militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Of the 13 women, four of them committed suicide because they couldn't stand the shame.

Wilhelmine.

The Raping and Sexual Violence Against Iraqi Women

Dear friends,

It is time for women throughout the the world to act, particularly women of the World Pulse. We have written and spoken out -- we are now in a phase where we need concrete steps. I would like to post an excerpt from a message written by my partner:

\"With Iraq on the front pages once again, I wanted to share with you one account of the impact of the current spike in violence on the rights and lives of women.

One woman's brother committed suicide because he could not bear the fact that he was unable to protect his sister.\"

I think it's too much, what kind of world are we in? Women and children suffer from the chaos of this world. What has happened to mankind? Did God create man for him to be the subject of ruin? It is high time, the evil must now end, Men have to settle all these barbaric acts. Women and children should not be victims of armed conflicts in the world; DRC, Iraq, Bangui ... etc.

Let us find strategies to put an end to these stories that degrade women ....

\"All but a conflict of beliefs??\" My God, what is that??

Wilhelmina.
