Giving girls good quality Education is one of the key ways to achieve women economic empowerment andgender equality. Education about 21st Century SKILLS is crucial if women /girls will be equipped with the relevant Skills needed . Unfortunately many educators are not aware about 21st Century Skills, and the various oportunities that lie therein. Onewoñders if these individuals are really equipped with relevant tools that will enable them break the chain of poverty and achieve economic empowerment.

The Onus lies on us, especially women to amplify advocacy on 21st Century and its inherent opportunities.

Creativity and Innovation , Critical Thinking, Digital and Financial Literacy, Communication and Collaboration/Team Work are some areas of focus.

That way girls and women will truly be empowered to develop their competences AND explore various opportunities that will enhance their generalwell being.
