I'm glad to hear that you are mentoring women in STEM technology. I look forward to hearing more details about your work. How do you do your work? What are the challenges? This is such an important area of need for women and I, as well as other World Pulse members, would love to know more.

Best, Ashley

most women and girls are not interested in science related fields, the only way to change their mind set is through mentoring, because they believe women are not very good in the science fields. For now is mentoring, and letting them know the importance and advantages. This is what I love doing, telling them they can can do even better,I really want to work to see more women and girls in STEM technology, but my challenges are time, resources and finance.
