Pre- International Womens Day Event Meeting

We had a pre-event meeting with my team and we agreed on the following

a. Date of Event - Sunday 8th March 2020

b. Venue - Port Harcourt

c. How many persons to invite based on resources available - 25 persons - 20 women & 5 men

d. Resources to be used - WP Training Resource / Use of Social Media training & Reasons for IWD

e. 2 banners to be made out 4 x 6 for the inside & 3 x 2 for outside announcement

f. Light Refreshment

g. T-shirts - we were waiting to receive from WP until recently so we have to make alternative plan to print few for the volunteers who will be assisting us that day

h. short video to be introduced so that anyone that signs in makes a short video of herself and post to WP platform

i. story telling / sharing experiences
