ACCES NUMERIQUE

L’accès numérique est très important il ne se limite pas à la simple maîtrise de l’ordinateur pour communiquer par e-mail ou sur les réseaux sociaux mais il est élargie sur une vaste champs d’ action, la Promotion de la formation aux outils numériques est très important dans la vie pratique, elle est même une composante majeure de la croisade mondiale contre la pauvreté ;elle peut avoir un impact positif sur l’ épanouissement de la femme et le développement des communautés parce qu’ utiliser la technologie et l'Internet pour accéder à des informations en ligne et échanger avec les autre à travers le monde est si important d'offrir des possibilités d'une vie meilleure.
Tous le monde est interpeler et a droit à l’accès car à partir de cette technologie de l’information et de la communication ont peut aboutir à des grandes innovations.
Malheureusement dans ma communauté le taux est encore très bas, parce que même à l’école se sont de formation souvent théorique, il y a peu d’outil numérique dans le ménage, la communauté, peu de cybercafé, le pouvoir d’achat de la population est très faible, le toux de fréquentation dans le cyber café, dans le cour de formation en informatique est faible aussi car elle sont dépourvu de moyen. C’est pourquoi nous faisons le plaidoyer pour que les femmes aient accès à l’outil numérique. Je tiens à remercier WORLD PULSE pour son encadrement des femmes qui peuvent être des formatrices pour d’autre en milieu reculé et rural de ma communauté/ RDC/SUD KIVU, la capacité d’accueille cause problème chez mama shujaa et il est implanté seulement dans une seule commune, alors que les champs d’action est vaste. Toute fois notre sincère félicitation à WORLDE PULSE à travers mama shujaa pour son travail abattu sur terrain.

Digital Access

Digital access is very important and it is not limited simply to the mastery of the computer to communicate by email or the social networks but it has grown to a vast field of action. The promotion of training of digital tools is very important in practical lives. It is a major component of the world wide crusade against poverty. It can have a positive impact for the development of women and the development of communities because it utilizes the technique and internet to access the information online and to exchange with others across the world. It is important because it offers the possibilities of a better life.

The world is entitled to the access to this technology of information and the opportunity to use this for great innovations. Unfortunately in my community the rate is still very low because even the schooling and the training is very theoretical. There are few digital tools in the household, the community, few in the cybercafés, in the case of training in information it is weak also because they lack the means. This is why we advocate for the women to have access to the digital tools. I want to thank World Pulse for its help in training these women who can then go and train women in rural areas and in the rural area of my community South Kivu of the DRC. The capacity of the Maman Shujaa center is a problem because it is in only one community while the fields of action are vast.
