#SpiritAward! My Nomination Encourager

Belief is a powerful thing. Some people have incredible stores of self-belief, but most of us are given confidence and self-assurance by others. Slowly but surely, through their encouragement and support, we develop a stronger sense of self. At some point, someone saw you struggling and gave you hope. At some point, someone saw something in you that you didn't yet see in yourself. Who you are today is a direct result of that person's faith in you.Belief, founded or unfounded, is incredibly powerful--and when someone else believes in us, it's unforgettable. AND FOR THIS:-

My first nominee is Karen Quinones Axalan: When i thought World Pulse was just another place or just a network, not knowing that it was a platform where i an unleash my full potential writing in a process of opening up and find healing, a platform where I will be listened without being questioned "why" or even judged. Until I started receiving communication, encouragements and motivations from Karen. Who made realise something within me I never knew I had, she made me realise that I was sitting on my writing skill which can also build and motivates others who might have experienced the same experience and also know or learn how to get through that same bad experience through my sharing here on World Pulse. She kept guiding and advising, when i seem to disappear she will dig my hole until she finds me and revives me by saying "Jane" you doing great and you on the right path of which this is something I have never heard because I have always felt like a failure and nothing good can ever come out of me, Karen changed that through World Pulse and for that I am forever grateful.

What means the most to me is that you do more than tell me I’m “great” at what I do or that I’m a shoe-in for an opportunity. You took it a few steps beyond and share the reasons why you think so. Sometimes it seems like you remembered my achievements even better than I do myself. I always appreciate your ability to see how my unknown writing abilities can make a difference and you have made me a believer too. Always after receiving your encouragement from you, I always feel more confident and capable, and for that I will always be grateful.

You would also like to know that your encouragement didn't just end here at World Pulse, it has helped me win the writing Championship for Health and Safety (International)  for November 2019 . Thank you so much and keep doing good for us who feels unworthy and hopeless and continue to bring more and encourage more for the World Pulse.

I will also like to thank all the beautiful ladies who have been behind me, supported, followed and motivated me through out. If it was all possible, trust me, I could nominate each and everyone of you, you are all awesome and I am and will forever grateful to be in your midst. I love you all World Pulse sisters...Lets keep walking, sharing, motivating and holding each other's hand and this world will be a better place because of US.
