WORLD PULSE been a place where I've found great, inspiring, motivated, strong women. Whom I've seen as great leaders and mentors and I'm willing to learn from them.
As a single mom I want the best for my daughter and also for others. Which that made me strong, determined and intelligent. I care about others and I'm the type of lady who not only put her best foot forward but find joy to see other women progress.
Ladies/Women thrive when they support each other, that's why I believe when we connect, GREAT AND INCREDIBLE things happen. Together we can achieve each other's dreams that we thought is not achievable, help each other believe in ones self, feel inspired, take new challenges, overcome fears, and become better, more confident version of ourselves.
That is why I decided to be a volunteer for LADIES CONNECT INITIATIVE (LCI) here in Nigeria. It is an initiative that sought after the interest of Female Gender Inequality, to Foster the recognition of the female Gender in the society through women empowerment.
LCI MISSION is to provide legal, mental and psychological support for Gender Based Violence Survivors in communities, schools, churches and organization. And also create awareness and sensitization towards the promotion of women and girls rights and their overall empowerment.
LCI VISION is to become a global organization of prestigious note in the aspect of Gender equality and protection of Women's and girls rights
LCI OBJECTIVES ARE
-To advance the cause of women and girls through promotion and protection of their Rights.
-To eliminate unfavorable cultural and social practices meted on women and girls in promoting Gender equality in the society.
-To address the health issues with recourse to sexual abuse and gender based violence against girls and women through legal aid.
-To sponsor deliberations and community engaged programmes for members of the society on the benefits of enforcement of Women's rights.
-To empower Women and girls with good education, knowledge, work, opportunities and skills for economic growth.
-To sponsor deliberations and influence government policies.
-To network with domestic and foreign organization interested in the uplifting of the living conditions and emancipation of girls and women towards San equitable society.

The Founder of LADIES CONNECT INITIATIVE MISS ADEOBOLA ADEOTI is a graduate of Law with second class upper from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) IFE, Nigeria. And thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where she got qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the supreme Court. She is a legal practitioner and highly passionate about defending the rights of women and children. She has published many articles and research papers on both Local and international platforms about major reforms on quality education and Gender equality sustainable development. Goals 4 and 5 for instance, her article "Child Labour in Nigeria; Causes and Consequences for National development was selected as 1 of the 50 best across 4 continents to be published in Young African Leaders Journal of Development (YALDOD) by October 2020. Between 2017-2020, over 10 leading media organization including OGUN STATE TELEVISION, BOND F.M, FAMILY FM AND SPLASH F.M amongst others have featured Adebola as an outstanding Young Leader inspiring thousands of Young people in Africa and beyond.
More importantly, The Sun's Newspaper where she was featured as WOMAN OF THE SUN Through her article "HOW THE LAW FROWNS AT ALL FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN IN NIGERIA" on Daily Sun Magazine. In the same vein, she has also been awarded, She has reached over 30,000 people across Nigeria.
This woman and many women here and across the world inspired me so much. Now I'm ready to share what I have learned, create awareness and share my story with the world. I also hope I can get women here to mentor and partner with. God bless you all
