Dear Listeners,

I wanted to extend a personal thank you to each and every one of you for volunteering your time and passion to unleash women's voices around the world. You are the key to the success of our application process! Your enthusiasm has exceeded our expectations--this year we have over 200 Listener volunteers! I encourage you to get to know one another by adding people to your network and sparking conversations.

Next week we'll begin by holding two introductory phone calls about the Listening process. Please make sure to read your welcome manual ahead of time and bring your questions.
