Would words ever be enough!

I don’t know if words can ever do justice with everything JKSK is doing for us. An internship in Japan!! Sounded to me as if I would be asked to work like a machines in front of the computer when I first heard about it but my sixth day of internship life in Japan and and I am still surprised with the disbelief of how amazing human beings could be. The hospitality and honor HIS company showed to us during our internship session with them was an incredible start of a formal office work and that learning during the very short spam of work with them would ever never be forgotten. Else where perhaps I would not have been this much comfortable working with as my experience with Hashoo foundation Rawalpindi reminds me of the days I wasted going there and finding nothing to learn else then being lazy and bored. After the presentation got ended I questioned myself “ Why is every body in the company, I mean the staffs in the headquarter office are desperately being nice to just the interns? Who would care about interns and why? Previously about internships with personal experience I had this image in my mind. I could not find any answer to my questions else then rationalizing to myself that if in a system the core values are written down of respect and gratitude and help win win approach then be the boss or just the intern every one gets equal treatment. That is what makes a company worth working with. That is how every bits of energy the staffs use in order to get the company get progressed. This is how the discipline of equality is maintained. One thing that kept me praising HIS core values of work was the system where none of the staffs know which staff is working in which position. The cards the staffs carried only mentioned their names on it. That would mean you would know a person just by his name not by his position. That further would mean it does not matter whether you are a managing director or simply a coworker we only value human values. That means once a company sets its core values based on equal respect that’s where we create a healthy and happy environment. Such an environment which provides a platform where no one is superior to no one and where discrimination based on hierarchy is not encouraged that is where we begin to value human beings as human beings not as money earning machines. Is not that just amazing to hear and incredible to experience working as an intern with even thought for very short amount of time.

Lying on my bed and thinking about the day I spend today at HIS office I could not stop thinking to myself, would words ever do justice with the opportunity JKSK has brought to me which otherwise be impossible to experience and explore. Would words be ever worthy enough for all the learning and grooming this AUW- JKSK internship is bringing along each day??
