Until it has served you enough

Your heart will keep aching and breaking until it has thrown ego the hell out of you, and has replaced it with a light and joy ; selfless service. Your heart will ache over and over until you have  learnt to be humble and polite and known the art to surrender.Yes, your heart will break until you have mastered  patience, fallen completely to  the idea of forgiveness, love and to be loved. It will ache again and again until you have forgiven the last person you still have grudges with. Then suddenly, when light has entered you and you're healed, you realize the beauty of letting go. All what pain from the heartbreak does to us is make us ego-free  beings, and if that is  not what you see as an outcome of any sort of heart break, you haven't learnt,  haven't healed, so my dear, let your heart keep breaking and aching until it has served you enough.
