Hi Amelework,

Thanks for sharing your sad update. Who is Dr. Abay? Is this a politician that promised for suffering to end? Are there any advancements with the appointment of Sahle-Work Zewde, I hope?

d/r Abay is our pry Minister. thank you for your encouraging words. there is one tribe cold Oromo in our country they are start fighting to get the position of Govern Ethiopia but all People are not to accept the tribe ladders. we have 83 tribes but all are agree to selected leaders from all. The Oromo start make other tribes go out from there home.

You're welcome!

Hope everything works out for the better. Please keep us posted.

Hello, sister,

I’m sorry about the plane crash that recently happened in Ethiopa with no survivors. That was tragic.:(

Thank you for raising your voice to inform us that your country is suffering from poverty and migration. A large portion of our country are suffering from both, too. Oh how do we solve all this?

Hugs from the Philippines

Dear Amelework,

I am happy that you took the courage to say what needs to be told to the world- the truth. I am deep grief for those who lost their lives on Ethiopian Airlines and have no words to express. For lasting change and positive impact to touch the lives of the mass, leadership should not be centered around just one person but allowed, nurtured at all levels. Keep writing, my sister. On World Pulse, many women like myself from all walks of life will listen to your pain and perhaps share their experience too.

Love and prayers,

Hi Amelework,

The story that you share is sad!

It is unfortunate that tribal differences can cause a lot of political strife and poor decisions for the populace even in this era.

We would love to know more about what is happening on ground and what can be done to make it better so that we can raise our voices to the cause as women.

My prayers are with you
