Community

Today I attended the annual Women at Intel conference. For one day a year we see the phenomenon at our company where there are many more women in the room then men! I saw women who had overcome many obstacles and who were great leaders. I saw the power of one voice and how it can plant a seed and move many. Each year I am inspired by this conference and reminded that each of us is a leader. Every moment in our day is the opportunity for leadership. Even small comments or decisions can have a big impact. I learned that I can embrace this and be aware of how I approach the world and how I support the women around me.
