My name is Rosemary Ntoipo a Development Practitioner and professional teacher. Currently working as the Executive Director of an NGO in Tanzania - Girls' Empowerment Program and Network-GEPaN (an early intervention to women problems). With a significant work experience at various levels. Worked in an array of settings; including schools and organizations. Also facilitates learning to help participants achieve results.

My vision for future

Am passionate about supporting people especially women and girls to reflect on themselves and embrace that which they feel is good about themselves, family and community and provide a space for them to understand and realise their potential and drive themselves into engaging in relevant social -economic and political development.

I wish to see women and girls empowered and on the driving seat in development. In this regard the family, community, the nations and the world will achieve desired outcomes that are meaningful and sustainable.

My challenges are limitation of reaching out to many girls whom I feel would benefit from my advisory and mentorship programs for a strong future women generation.

No matter where you are, community you come from any part of the world, race, ethnicity or any other, at World Pulse Community we are together as one. Together we can achieve our results. Lets join hands and empower our communities.

Warm regards to all.

Rosemary.

Hello Rosemary!

So nice to connect with you again! You have such an important vision for the future. I'm glad you shared it here. It is crucial that girls and women can become integrated into every level of the economy and government. We make up more than half the world, but we have comparatively little representation in these positions of leadership!

Your work of mentoring girls and women is crucial. You mentioned the challenge of limitations in reaching out to the girls who you feel would benefit from your program. Can you describe what some of those limitations are? I would love to learn more.

I would also love it if you could tell us about the picture you shared!

Thank you for sharing this post!

In support,

Sarah

Hello Sarah,

Thanks a lot. Am very grateful to conect with you again. Yes, I mentioned the challenge of limitations. l will keep you posted on that.

You asked about the picture that I shared. The picture means a lot to me its an indication and a representation of all of us (women/ girls) in the world, especially on world pulse community. We come from different diversities and nations around the world but are one and solid for a good course. Its an indication of concern, understanding, love, hope and happiness. Thats why I posted the picture that truelly reflects what I meant on the post that I shared with all of you.

Thanks a lot for the concern Sarah,

Warmest regards,

Rosemary.

Hi Rosemary,

Wow! I'm always blessed coming to World Pulse and reading stories and things that women around the world are doing to add value to their communities.  These are stories that should make headlines in mainstream media but often don't.

I'm also interested to learn more about what you do in your progams for the girls as these are things we could 'mirror' also in our own communities.

Yes true - "No matter where you are, community you come from any part of the world, race, ethnicity or any other, at World Pulse Community we are together as one. Together we can achieve our results. Lets join hands and empower our communities."

I like that. Looking forward to learning and hearing more from you,

Regards,

Carole

Rosemary!  It is wonderful to meet you, welcome to World Pulse!

As a trainer, service coordinator and advocate, I also envision women in the "driver seat" and at the forefront of development and social sustainability.  Yes, I agree...empowerment is the key word!  How can we reach ALL of our girls and women, in all of our communities, and empower them to step up and be heard!?

We all, as a global entity, need to draw together to instigate positive change of societal norms that harm the female race.

Your words describe how I, and women around the world feel, regarding your passion supporting people especially women and girls to reflect on themselves and embrace that which they feel is good about themselves, family and community and provide a space for them to understand and realise their potential and drive themselves into engaging in relevant social -economic and political development.

This is a global concern, epidemic if I might say, in that girls and women endure a "less than" status in realizing their own value.  How can we feel good about ourselves, and recognize our potential if we are taught we are "less than?"

Rosemary, keep up the vital work that you do!!  Touching and making the difference to one girl, will touch another, and another,  and then 100's, then 1000's.

You are making a difference!

Thank you for stepping up and doing all that you do, we need you.

Appreciatively!

Veronica

Dear Veronica, Thanks a lot. Am very grateful to be with you too at World Pulse. I appreciate what you mentioned a lot and I hope that someday we will see the difference that we desire for the future of girls and women in our communities and all around the world. Like you mentioned it is a global concern and an epidemic especially when their status endures a 'less than' in realizing their value. As a trainer and advocate you can imagine how important the need of training my community to avoid Harmful Traditional Practices (HTPs that succumb girls and women to this kind of life). In peace and solidarity~ strength, I like that

Again, thanks a lot.

Warmest regards,

Rosemary.
