Wooooooi, wooooooi you are kiliing me uuuuuuwi somebody help me I heard a cry from my sister's house when I reached there I saw a girl on the floor still shouting and crying. I asked what was going on but all of them kept quiet then my sister suggest that I go out with her. She was looking afraid and came near my ear and started whispering told me that the mother of the crying girl is a heartless woman she took her daughter to the old lady for the FGM they did it two days ago  but now things are worst they brought her in my house because the girl is still bleeding and swollen so we were trying to pour hot water and some medicine for first aid this is very painful and that's why she was shouting and crying out loud for help. I was shocked and without hesitating I called the police and the ambulance and within few minutes the ambulance arrived but the mother refused us to take the girl to hospital and while we were still arguing the police arrived and force them to enter the ambulance and take the girl to the hospital. When we were entering the doctor's room the mother remain behind and disappeared but the girl was admitted and got good care and medication and discharged from the hospital after five days.

Y FGM? Must we do it? No! No! Let's lobby our community to stop this dangerous and harmful traditional believe and practices.

Hi Rosylyne,

How are you, dear? Wow! What a traumatic story. I'm so glad you helped that poor girl. I'm wondering if her mom would've let her continue to writhe in pain or, worse, let her die!? Yes! I'm in. I totally agree with you 100%. Horrible, and unnecessary practice.

I'm you're doing well and that you have a great weekend!

Dear Roselgn,
Thanks you for sharing this horrific story with us. You got my consent and is a no no go area for me oh why.
Without your present I am certain this girl might have lost her life. You have helped safe her. Do you have a project idea towards the elimination of the FGM in your country?
Have a great day and take care.
Regards
