Emotionally drained

one day you feel this big chunk in your throat choking you, and you realize you cant scream or cry... there is no emotion that can come from you at all.  a lot has happened to you since you were a child, you have witneesed a lot of domestic violence more than some 80 year old lady. A 5 year old who hears her mum scream for help, peeping through a door hole, you see her bleeding and curled to the floor with dad kicking her, there is nothing you can do but looking and crying quietly

you grow up to be this girl who cant cry aloud, who cant do anything but sit in a corner letting that thing grow in the chest. you get so emotionally drained that you dont know how to feel or react.. you have used all the emotions that are in the world, you walk and act like a zombie daily...

My cry to the exhausted, who have seen it all, felt it all....... can we make a difference

Hello Dear Samanthah,

Thanks for sharing your troubling post. Are you referring to yourself, or in general? There sounds like a lot of unresolved, unhealed pain present in this post. There are ways to heal. Please let us know how we can help, and feel free to private message if you would like to brainstorm on healing modalities or to just chat.

Hope you're doing okay, and having a good weekend, dear!?

Dear Samantha,
I can't agree less with you. At the tender age seeing these stuffs puha. You will grow up thinking it's normal or cool going through it. So wierd. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.

Hello, Samantha,

Hugs to you, dear sister. You've been through so much. That's traumatic to witness violence and not be able to do anything about it. I hope you find your healing, dear. That's a lot of things to unburden yourself with. I hope you're no longer in that place?
