I am a Leader

I am a leader woman because I am a person, who has lots of skills which are noticeable by all others like: Motivation, Passion, Commitment, Humble and Curiosity which is the most learning motivation. From this point we all are invited to be heroes and leaders in some sector inside our families and communities and also in the other exterior societies but what we are in need is a good positive paradigm to the things that we would like to do. We insist that the change must flow from our inside. I believe that, leadership is not about one formula that fits all situations and all leaders. It is about how to lead effectively in different situations, with different types of people. The journey of leadership is about self awareness and other awareness. Leadership is largely about understanding and connecting.
