Story
One of my seniors told me about Climathon an asked me to join the event. After visiting their website, I came to know Climathon is a global movement which focuses on climate change. Its an 24 hours hackathon, where students team up in several groups and give separate challenges to solve, which should be innovative and creative ideas. In our case we were group of six members from Pakistan, India, Nepal and Italy. We came up with the idea of an application " MobiliTree" to promote public transportation in the valley of Vallagarina, Italy. I am delighted to work with such energetic, creative, passionate, humble and loving people. Trust me I learned so many things within 24 hours. The management team in Climathon helped us with different mentors, resources, fooooood ( yummy and delicious), Yoga at 5 am( during which I was laughing for most of the time but it was really refreshing) and chat with different people from diverse background. When we were done with our presentation and we had to wait for the results for 30 minutes. When the judges announce the winner name, it was ourrrrr team. I shouted for almost one minute and every body else was starring at me. The feeling which I had at the time was really good. I am happy to spent my weekend productively.
