CORRESPONDENTS, You Are Malala!

Dear Correspondents, Editorial Mentors & Vision Mentors,

I don't know how many of you saw last night's ABC News piece about Malala, but I found it uplifting to say the least.

Each of you, Correspondents, is a Malala in your own, individual and utterly unique way.

You Are Malala! I am sending out extra prayers to any of you who are going through a particularly rough patch, and this prayer, by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, is for each of you and all of us together as the Sacred Community we are. - Sarah

" Refuse to fall down.
If you cannot refuse to fall down,
refuse to stay down.
If you cannot refuse to stay down
lift your heart toward heaven
and like a hungry beggar,
ask that it be filled,
and it will be filled.
You may be pushed down.
You may be kept from rising.
But no one can keep you from lifting
your heart toward heaven -- only you.
It is in the middle of misery that
so much becomes clear.
The one who says nothing good came of this,
is not yet listening. "
