CONDITIONS D'HABITATION DES FEMMES ET DES ENFANTS DANS LA VILLE DE BUKAVU.

A Bukavu il se fait remarquer ce dernier temps un grand problème de constructions anarchiques un peut partout.chacun construit comme il veut et là oû il veut,je ne sais pas si les services de cadastre et celui de l'hurbanisme et habitat sont là seulement pour délivrer des certificats, des attestations de proprieté et envoyer leurs agents circulés un peu partout dans la ville pour voir ceux qui construisent afin de demander quelque chose sans pour autant vérifier si l'endroit sur lequel on construit est propre à la construction.

IL ya ceux qui construisent au dessus des canivos,des tuyaux de la Régideso,à côté de cabines de la SNL,d'autres construisent sur des collines comme par exemple la colline du lycée wima,celle de ruvumba...et là c'est la vie des enfants et de toute la famille qui est sacrifiéé.

Quand aux conditions d'habitation des femmes et des enfants,cette situation créee toujours un probleme en ce sens que beaucoup des familles vivent dans des bidonvilles et cela fait qu'il y ait un problème de promixuité des chambres.Parfois les parents vivent dans la même chambre avec certains enfants,parfois il ya un mélange des filles avec les garçons...,avec ce problème d'exiguité des certaines maisons,certains parents sont incapables de parler avec leurs femmes dans la chambre parce qu'ils craignent que les enfants écoutent.Eu égard a tout ces problèmes,je demande a notre Etat de révisiter les carthographies de la ville,de rétracer les plans cadastraux et surtout sensibiliserr la population sur les differentes manières de construction.Il faut qu'il y ait des maisons espacées partout dans la ville.

CONDITIONS OF THE HOMES OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN THE CITY OF BUKAVU

In Bukavu we have recently noted a big problem of old fashioned construction. A bit all over, they build what they want where they want. I do not know if the services of licensing, town planning and habitat are there only to give out certificates, testimony of property and to send their agents circulating all around town to see who is building in order to ask for something without at least verifying that the place where they are building is appropriate for construction.

There are those who build on top of drainage culverts, water pipes of REGIDESO, next to the booths of SNL. Others build on hills as for example, the hill of the WIMA high school, that of Ruvumba…And there it is the life of children and the whole family that is sacrificed.

When this situation makes a problem for the living conditions of women and children in the sense that many of the families live in shantytowns and that creates a problem of proximity of rooms. Sometimes parents share the same room with certain children, sometimes there is a mixture of girls with boys…,with this problem of the smallness of certain houses, some parents are incapable of having a conversation in the room because they fear that their children will hear them. Regarding all of these problems, I demand that our State revisit the maps of the city, to retrace building plans and above all to make the population aware of different means of construction. There have to be houses spaced out throughout the city.
