Initiative Update

Third Session of My Online Cookery Group

Sinyuy Geraldine
Posted August 6, 2020 from Cameroon

I started this initiative in January 2020. It is an online school where I teach women how to cook healthy food for themselves and their families. Men too do show interest and during the first session from January to March 2020 I had 3 men out of the 20 members who subscribed.  During the second session,  I had 23 subscribers who were only women.  The lessons are taught via whatsapp.  I post recipes and videos of how some of these foods are prepared. The third session will begin tomorrow. August to October 2020.

How many people have you impacted since your last update?

Hello Sinyuy,
Congrats on setting up this program online, and having 2 successful sessions. Best of luck with the next. Food is what gives us strength, and sharing food preparation is a great way to promote health, satisfaction and confidence. good luck with Session #3.

Hello Sinyuy,
We all eat to live and eating healthy is just one of the things we all need to know, like which food is healthy food/ how it is prepared? etc. This is a very good initiative and given that fact that it is online, many people can benefit. Thanks for sharing.
