Keeping Fit During the COVID-19 Lock Down Period



Dear all, I am concerned about our physical health and looks when we shall finally emerge sucessful and celebrate our survival from the Corona virus pandemic. Most of us led a very busy life whose activities enabled us to keep fit, but now even outdoor exercises are a danger to one's life. We now eat and sit in one place and this may cause weight gain which is unhealthy for many. So what I have done is get myself a daily exercise schedule and a chart on which to tick each days's indoor sports task. I am inviting everyone of us who are able to exercise to do so. I use the double dodge ropes or what others call battle rope and skip from 100 to 300 every morning. I also do abdos and scissorsing. 30 each. By the time I am done I am all sweat. This exercise takes less than 30minutes. Please take your weight and waist size  and compare it after 21 days of the exercise and see what a great move you have made. I hope many of you will enjoy this. You can choose any comfortable exercise. You can dance instead of skipping. Play music and dance out the stress. If you are a christian, play religious music so that God will be involved in your exercise of worshipping Him while exercising. Always record your daily progress. Be faithful to it.
