Visualising the feelings

\""Un-pick,
\"Un-pick, pick, pick.\" - reflecting on unlearning bad habits.
\""Warmth."
\"Warmth.\" - a visualisation of a calming, familiar touch at the end of a long day.

I've been fairly out of practice with flexing my art muscles since the pandemic started. My mental health has been shaky at best. As a result, I have found it hard to focus on taking time to sketch, experiment with style and work on more time-consuming pieces.

But glad to make time recently and challenge myself to take up an opportunity to share a piece (or two!)

With physical distancing, it was difficult to maintain social connections. But I had been lucky to be with my family who always keep my afloat in difficult times (inspiring \"Warmth\".)

Additionally, I live in a country with very few cases, but we still have a curfew. This has left me with a lot of time to reflect and consciously evaluate how I see and care for myself (inspiring \"Un-pick, pick, pick.)

If you stumble across these, I hope they resonate with you :)
