Karen Quiñones-Axalan is someone who pushes me to reach my dreams . Someone who pushes me to step outside of my comfort zone and let my gifts and talents shine . Karen is someone who will and is changing the world . Sometimes when I post on World Pulse I can be nervous because I’m so vulnerable, but I’m always met with virtual hugs and applause by Karen ! She even inspired me to write more creative stories on my website and to sing more on my YouTube channel .

2020 has been a tough year for me (and I know many others as well) so it was so refreshing to have Karen there like a cheerleader encouraging me from around the world . She makes me believe I can do and be anything ! She makes me strive for greatness.

Karen is a warrior, a feminist and a champion of women . She puts others before herself. Karen sees the best in others , which is why I believe she deserves The World Pulse Spirit Award !
