Stella



I am Stella Danso aged 35, the fourth born of Mr and Mrs Dansoh all from Nsuta Atonsu in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.



I had my primary education at the Kings International School in Kumasi in 1994 and proceeded to Technology Secondary School for the Senior High School education at KNUST in Kumasi from 1994 to 1997.



I gained admission to the Institute of Business Management & Journalism where I successfully completed Diploma in Journalism from 1998-2000 with First Class. After this course, I enrolled at the University of Cape Coast to read Bachelor of Commerce. I completed Diploma in Commerce from 2005-2008 and then proceeded to read Bachelor of Commerce which I completed in 2012 I am a Christian and married to Mr. James Adomako Addai with a three-year old daughter, by name Candy Gyaama Addai. I speak and write English and Twi languages.



With my background in Journalism, Communication and Marketing, I have had the opportunity to work with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation in Kumasi for 2 years, and then moved to the Daily Guide Newspaper, where I have been working for the past ten (10) years as a reporter and a regional correspondent. I have also had the opportunity to attend various seminars and courses which have enhanced my skills in reportage.



My Passions:
Learning from each challenge and never to be downhearted! Meditation, Fighting for women’s rights, Documentary Films, Music, and Self-Improvement.



My Challenges:
Limiting myself to one career path.



My Vision for the Future:
All Men to realize that women are also human beings and are capable of doing what men can do.
