IMPACT DE L’INTERNET DANS LE TERRITOIRE DE MWENGA

Nous sommes une Association Paysanne des Femmes Vulnérables, Travaillant avec les femmes autochtones au Sud- Kivu dans le territoire de Mwenga.
L’accès à l’internet étant une désignation des moyens mis à la disposition d’un particulier en vue d’accéder à l’internet, l’utilisation de ce dernier est répandue et progresse davantage avec sa diffusion au Congo par le biais du Centre World Pulse Maman Shujaa D.R.Congo, qui nous permet d’accéder gratuitement à l’internet. Avec World Pulse, nous savons déjà comment chercher les offres et même les projets sur internet ; nous postons nos journaux tout en commentant les journaux des autres, à tel enseigne que nous avons déjà bénéficié d’un projet que nous avons déjà posté.
Mais un problème se dégage, par le fait que nous quittons de Mwenga à Bukavu à peu près 150 km, uniquement pour aller profiter de cette connexion à Bukavu ; ce qui cause une peine pour d’autres femmes qui n’ont pas la possibilité d’y arriver.
C’est ainsi que, Je prierai qu’on puisse implanter cette connexion dans le territoire de Mwenga afin que les femmes de ce territoire puisse aussi en profiter.

Internet’s impact in Mwenga

We are a regional association for vulnerable women, working with independent women in Sud-Kivu in the territory of Mwenga.
Access to the internet is a delegation of means to a certain person with the view of accessing the internet. The use of the internet has spread and continues to grow, with it now available in Congo via the World Pulse Maman Shujaa Centre, who allow us to use the internet freely. With World Pulse, we know already how to look for offers and even projects on the internet. We post our journal entries as well as comment on others’ journals. We have already landed and posted one project.
However, the problem is that we have to travel from Mwenga to Bukavu, which is approximately 150 km, simply to profit from this connection in Bukavu. This is too far for some women and they cannot make the trip.
It is why I pray that an internet connection can be set up in Mwenga so the women of this territory can also benefit from this technology.
