About Me

Hi, i have been in the social sector for over two decades. My work has predominantly been in gender, sexuality and sexual health and health activism for marginalised and disenfranchised groups. I am founder of "Kushal" a social enterprise that supports pregnant women with holistic wellness by embracing body autonomy, demanding dignity and taking decisions of their own choice. We currently work in Andhra Pradesh, India but would also be happy to partner with you in your community and country if you share our vision, values and approach. Please feel free to get in touch.

I am very keen for Kushal to establish a way of working that does not rely on traditional charity, donor funding or succumb to pressures that could dilute our vision and values. Our commitment has to always at first be to the communities we work with.

I also mentor and coach young people who are keen to start social enterprises, so please feel free to contact me if you would like to have a sounding board!

My Vision

A world in which consciousness and awareness of gender inequity and its intersection with race, ethnicity and sexuality is to be expected!
