The journey of struggle



Life is a great gift of GOD. It becomes cheering when we enjoy our rights, where we can express our thoughts and wishes openly and can give a true picture of our dreams .But In the congested environment, it is too complicated for us particularly for a girl there is no space for her to express their view and talent beside of this, I think youth is like a lamp, they have power to glow in searching the dark ways of life.
Yes! I am going to discuss about Mrs. Zanab D/O of Manzoor Ahmed .She belongs from village of Bolan district of Balochistan. She grow up in gender discriminated society .Where education for girl has conceded as sin. Dispute of all, she resisted and continued her education by the support of her family. During the study her family also faced complications by the side of society.
Mrs. Zanub observed some realities of life, that there is too difference between rights of boys & girls .Against these violations she visualized a dream of change where women live with equal rights and dignity.



Then she gave full concentration to getting education .Slowly she completed her matriculation. Therefore she took confidence to deal /work with people for social development& change.
In same period she got the opportunity to work with strengthening participatory organization ( SPO )as Resource person (LRP)and started her work initially by mobilization in her community then soon she organized a women group and involved 25 females.
Yes! It was not trouble-free for Mrs Zanub but by the Support of SPO capacity building sessions, she facilitated women in good way. Her Massage that she want to work for betterment of her community by the support of community members
In the first practical intervention in community, she initiated women literacy center, were she conduct mobilization sessions and literate women. It was a good achievement for Mrs. Zanab, due to success full results; SPO took another initiative for women empowerment through livelihood support with her team. Such initiatives energized her and she established women embroidery center, where girls come and made handicrafts like door mats, mobile covers, Balochi embroidery shirts, shawls, cushions, bed sheets e.t.c, even said products were the part of historical exhibition of Balochistan, where the linkages of her center developed with different markets.
Now she takes orders of deferent materials from market and after compilation she returns it again in market, as such, now women are able to earn money in their household level. It is profitable business for community females, everyone appreciate her efforts and contribution but she is glad that she got her vision toward positive change So now she is playing her role as a good change maker.
