When we discuss the roll and effectiveness of law or judicial decision in the areas of manual scavengers and manhole workers, we must remember that we are dialing,not with the problem of simple occupations, but with centuries – old caste system. It is therefore, not easy for these unfortunates to free themselves from the bondage, nor for others to help them in this. This inhuman system, worse than even the slavery, has to be faced and destroyed in the midst of strong resistance from the society itself. Yet we cannot give up. All of us – victims.

1-WERSON LIFE
We know that other all occupation given the money and prosperous life, but manual scavengers getting worsen life. Every were they forbear psychiate torture.( as per prejudice of hierarch “you have born for only for this work by your past life’s works. )so community think that it’s true .but isn’t
2- Ignoble society
Manual scavengers getting debilitation, and live with discrimination there not for anybody to advocacy to them .all the problems and there requirement are ignore by high society. Society knows the cleaning works is the very important work hence propensity of the all for its work is for tolerance of value and problems of the worker. So. Manual scavenger society became ignoble society

3- Wretchedly family
Mostly seemed that the family of them live in wretchedly life because when society ignore Manvel scavenger’s problems and needs, there income is very low they are not able to take good food, good cloths and not able to given education to their Childs and no able to make good environment towards to them. This economic dissimilarity creates social oddities and then oddities life .so manual scavengers make only wretchedly
4-Ignominious behavior from high class community
Always manual scavengers demand any problems which are mostly for payment because they are not getting a sufficient payment for this work. They gets Rs 20 per month and rote and no get any other from this work so they demands for increase their income but higher society ignore their demands and unfairly behave also . 5-Ignorantation from government
It’s we know very well that government not given intention to eradication of this nations bolt . Whole thing is that the systems, administration,and social structures failed it removing from humanistic because, human be in selfish life perhaps not having time to think about it. so manual scavenging problems has not been national issue ( some papules make the efforts for it ) so it not came in national agendas. Secondly manual scavengers community is not effected to vote bank for any political party. The manual scavengers community population is only 10 to 1.2million in India so its thinkable to politician that vote are not effectible in any possibility to loss or profit so they ignore to this communities and then ignorantation from the government . I have some experience which i will explain with my presentation about the ignorantation of the government.

Why is the community working this work?

1-Pertainin of hierch
In the social system in India all of the social administration had running by the pertaining of hierarch. They prejudiced that social structure is in four Averno (as we known Brahman, Kshatriya, Viashanav and shudder) and this social structure make by good. But in the fourth last Varna shudders also not include this manual scavengers community in there varga, so this community is not in shudders Varna. in the sense that are not in Varna that is Averna, after the make this social oddities issue an order that cleaning of the night soil work will be this Averno cast which has named bhangi, mehtar,chuda,balmeeki,olgana,dom,domarect.so they working national bolt work and get onlyuntuchablity,dicriminaton,debilitation,dehasment and defamation.
2- Conventional
The manual scavenger working is not naturally working system for this community but that work which is established by tacit agreement which was an order also. It has been conventional now.
3-No rehabilitation
As they working from their forefathers so this community known for worker of manual scavenger, so every person thinks about their rehabilitation accordingly their work and this community also don’t know any other skill so they don’t want other work . a proper training and proper follow-up programs is mostly necessary

But it has not provided by any agencies so their rehabilitation had not processed
4-No power with
All the cavern community not fairly think about its prosperity and development but almost has been prevaricate all of related problems, the same thing as for government and administration, for example, government some programmed for them and run also which was for only manual scavengers community but after some months that special program morgue within general scheduled cast programs, reserve bank launch special program for them about loans but not implemented properly it has seemed all the system(administration, law and orders ) in prevarication problems to manual scavengers so no power with to manual scavengers community .
5-No power in
This community habitually practice now this manual scavenging work Continue from their forefather so the community think that this work is our life, so think accordingly manual scavenging work there mind has not motivate in this science era, community not in good condition for education, social life, livelihood and other human life development.
All of above five point this community living with indigence but is not faired thing that India go to all successes and sty in front of prosperity, developed countries and a community working so inhuman work and we prevaricate that most important issue .

Central intention of research

1- Success story of women who left manual scavenging work
Last time 29 march 2012 in national public hearing my role model husna bai from
Jhalawar Rajasthan comment with hearing authorities about her story and she left the
Manual scavenging work. Now husna bai a role model to other women .I follow up
These type women and face in meetings of these women which involved in manual
Scavenging work.

2- High profile person of this community.
The high profile person who left this work, their successes story will be my role model for eradication of this work.
3- Education.
it has come in report that this community education status is very low .in primary education rate is 80 % and middle school education 50% and secondary education is 40% only but in the girls of this community is very low 60% girls drop out from primary school and join the manual scavenging work with their mother or she keeping baby child in their house.

4- High education
In this community high education is .2 % only. Because this community had not good environment for education and mostly the parents mentality that any how sweeper job we getting for my son and girls gone to his home so the guidance for education has not pass to child my intention will be growth of education in this community .
5-Community not aware about
Discrimination, child and mother care Programs,
Dignity, child labor, education law, child rights
Fundamental rights of constitution of India.
6-Community is not in main stream.
Awareness programs are necessary for communality to increase the self knowledge

How much number of manual scavengers it is most important for any document, first step of this research will be the survey of them.
2- Survey of dry lavatories and description land lord.
how much dry lavatories is in India it is also necessary it can be with manual scavengers women .

Community don’t know about dignity they are working with forefather’s thinking’s, community think that this work is there jaggier (which given by maharaja or Samantha )this work is duty of community this work had not done without this community but they are not know that this work has given all the indigence .
