Well so currently am 20 years old.I have learned about female fertility in detail just a few months ago as our country isn't frank about it so I didn't get a chance to know bout it..From now on I started charting my cycle n it I have a normal menstrual cycle,I think I do also ovulate but the thing is that I found out that some certain foods affects ur fertility badly like sweets, chicken, refined carbs etc.So should I quit all these foods or can I sometimes eat them? Another thing is that my first period started when I was 9..So what's the possibility for me to concieve in later life. Will my menopause occur early?

I apologise if any grammertical mistake occurs.Thank you All..

As I just joined it today,ur message really mesmerised my heart..

Hello, Swangirlmeril,

Welcome to World Pulse! I'm glad that a new voice from Bangladesh is rising up!

You are wise to pay attention on your fertility, dear. It's important to know if you menstruate regularly or not. It would be easier to track your fertility when you are regular. One thing that can help is to install a fertility app on your smartphone. Most apps have a prediction calendar that suggests when is your possible fertility window. It is also good to ask for advice from a doctor since we have different cycles and food reactions.

Please continue to write more stories, dear. We want to know more about you. Don't worry about your English, dear. On World Pulse, your story is more important than your grammar. We acknowledge that English is not the first nor second language of some members.

Welcome again to our growing sisterhood!

Right you are.I downloaded an app which is a period tracker. To my surprise, it can predict my period, ovulation date & most of the time my period occurs on its expected days.So it's getting really easier for me..
Thanks for ur sincere message..

Hello Swangirlmeril,
Welcome to World Pulse. Your story mademe smile. I was expecting a long analysis of fertility and diet etc, and my mind is not feeling like absorbing a lot of info at the moment. So It was nice to find that it's a sister sharing her life and discoveries.

Thank you for sharing your personal story. Those are important questions to ask, and I am glad that you are educating yourself about your reproductive health. I don't think you should worry too much about food as long as you are having nutritious meals and a balanced diet, because what you list is a standard western diet, and a lot of women hereabouts still have babies.
Some couples work with their health care professionals to create 'optimal fertility diets', but only if they are having a hard time conceiving. You are still young so it may not be a good idea to burden yourself with fertility diets.
I think I say this because the idea of being on a diet makes me tired...I love food ha ha!
But if you feel worried, then you can talk to a trusty woman dietitian and see whether they give you specific advice.
All the best and hope you stay sparkly:)

Thanks for your lovely attention Nini Mappo.
You know am really feeling much comfortable here than anywhere..Few months ago, when I just started to learn about female fertility I then talked about it with some of my friends in order to gather more knowledge. You know, they all were saying "What are you talking about!"They were not even ready to talk bout it let alone discussing..I feel so sorry for them for not being conscious about their health.Anyways thanks for the love and care that you delivered through the message

Hi Swangirlmeril,
Hearty congratulations on your first post and a warm welcome to the WP family. Your post is fine. No one is looking out for any mistake. Rather, we are eager to read from you.

It is so good that you are concerned about your health and the future. A Dietician would be in the best position to recommend a healthy diet, but I know that fruits and veggies with exercise are good for all. However, a gynecologist deals with fertility issues, but just harbour no worries. Things would work out well eventually.

I look forward to your next post.

Love and hugs,
E. J.
