Looking around my community, I see the need for advocating for human capital development for the most vulnerable including orphans, abandoned and internally displaced by conflict.

-Every child has the right to eat, shelter, clothing, good health and education. Just the basics!

-Every girl has the right to first be a child and be taught what maturity is for them.

Hello, dear Sandra,

Welcome to World Pulse! Congrats on writing your first post. Wow, these children do need a lot of tender, loving care. Are these children orphans? I agree that every child has rights. What are your plans with these children? Are they staying with you?

Please keep on writing your stories and updates here. Welcome again to our growing sisterhood.

Hello Sandra,

Welcome to World Pulse! I agree. How sad:-( Do you have a NGO? I'm looking forward to hearing more about it and/or your plans to create one.

@Jill Langhus I am the founder of Manda Foundation based in my country Cameroon. We impact the lives of orphans and the abandoned in my community. We could link up in my bio so I could tell you more.

@Karen Quinones-Axalan,
Thank you for your kind words. Yes they really do need the care and attention. Yes, they are mixed. That is, orphans and abandoned kids. So far through the Manda Foundation, we have been assisting them with some of their necessities like food, clothing and education. To add, we also find them foster families who are welcoming, meanwhile most if them are placed in different orphanges around the community and are closely followed up by my team and I.
