You face a different scorn, by other men, to brave the stance that much is to be done to create a world of peace, and of freedom and safety for women. You face this with such integrity, describing to other men a different world community. You show how it can be a world in which such long standing disrespect hidden within "tradition" is opened up and examined. You brave the scorn of other men who do not understand as you do so well, that we are envisioning together a world of peace. You are not threatened by change. Your hearts embrace the challenge to be part of this with your Sisters, and we know that you are there, helping tirelessly in the many ways that you do. Your hard work, your courage in taking part, your understanding that as we women celebrate finding each other, that this is a celebration for all - it is a deeper sign of progress that you are with us, shining examples of what is possible.
