Busayo was deep into World Pulse when I arrived. I remember her strong voice in a training session for new Encouragers. I remember her Encouraging. Since then there have been so many times that I have benefitted from Busayo’s wise offerings at meetings, and her comments to other members. It is when I heard her speak in meetings, and when I heard her speak in public, and when I looked more closely at all she is doing through the Women Inspiration Development Centre, that I began to understand on a deeper level what a treasure she is. Busayo speaks out to defend women whenever and however she can. For me, her strong voice and wise words have been an anchoring for me in understanding how to make real change happen.
I want to nominate Busayo for the Activator Award. She shows us how to make change happen.
