Why I joined this group

My name is Tathy, I am a wellness consultant. I joined this group through a world pulse platform. I usually question leadership. What is leadership? Who is a leader? I always wonder why do we have leaders that mislead,does it mean that if one is in charge of certain responsibilities at home, at work or anywhere gives one the qualification of leader? I am open to learn and to understand leadership in a different perspective in this group. Though I believe leadership start with oneself.
