Educating girls on the importance of belonging. This girls form part of my assets as i already have a forum to explore my facilitation skills weekly. Also the conference hall of World Vision for Education and Development (WVED) Cameroon adds to my asset map for available venue for my event.

The four picture selected shows my assets from my friends and colleagues advocating for internal peace, available office space for workshops and seminars, young graduating mentors as peers to help facilitate mentorship programs and international camp coordinators network.



By identifying my community and personal resources, I discovered that the basic facilities needed for workshops and training are available such as working space available at the WVED conference hall, there is a diverse skills to facilitate training workshops across leadership, peace building, education, economic empowerment and mentorship. With this resources readily available, I will intensify my activities on youth mentorship and economic empowerment. while creating further networks and partnerships for job creation.
