Be a relief pill to your partners and friends. Many people are not psychologically well nowadays. They need your help. Your words of hope and encouragement, your sincere support to make their minds free of burden. Infact you will notice that many are not talking coherently as others forget things so easily. That's the result of the pressure the society labors on them. Help them.
Mental health is one of the basic things we shouldn't be joking with. It dictates our outer reactions and subject our thoughts to questions. People are going through a lot which they don't know how to share it with others. If you are, please talk to someone. Speak your heart out and be free. Know that no condition is permanent, it comes and goes. Yours is better than thousands. Be grateful and hope for a better tomorrow. All is well.
