On National Orgasm, I was interviewed by Miss Susan and she told me about this platform and how I can contribute to make the world a better place. I am Sana a 24 year old sexologist who believes true sexual liberation comes from sexual knowledge that is why I constantly educate people about sex. Today I would be talking about planning sex, I have a girls night out group and when I asked this question “should sex be planned” A lot of people said NO sex would be better if it was spontaneous. Sex planning is beyond putting sex on the calendar it is way before that. -Understanding your sexual dynamics - Having a sexual structure - Having Sexual boundaries  are all ways of sex planning.
