Much of the focus in the Web 2.0 and Social Networking space has been toward users interaction; that is, how to draw in or collaborate better with users through blogs, forums, or Facebook and MySpace pages.

Web 2.0 websites allow users to do more than just retrieve information. According to Best, the characteristics of Web 2.0 are rich user experience, user participation, dynamic content, metadata, web standards and scalability. Further characteristics, such as openness, freedom and collective intelligence by way of user participation, can also be viewed as essential attributes of Web 2.0. Ajax is a key technology used to build Web 2.0 because it provides rich user experience and works with any browser whether it is Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer or another popular browser. In addition, the language used should be iterative meaning that the addition and deployment of features can be easily and quickly achieved.

A third important part of Web 2.0 is the social Web, which is a fundamental shift in the way people communicate. The social web consists of a number of online tools and platforms where people share their perspectives, opinions, thoughts and experiences. Web 2.0 applications tend to interact much more with the end user.

As the Web 2.0 has these features it draw he women to value their selves in the world and shows how to own their voices.Women bear almost all responsibility for meeting basic needs of the family, yet are systematically denied the resources, information and freedom of action they need to fulfill this responsibility. Most of the times a woman forget to express her thoughts, even though she passed huge ignorances she skipped away that as she is busy with other responsibilities. Web 2.0 gives preference value the senses of the women.

A woman she always keep silent in every moment and be patient for the next step. She afraid to show the world how she talented, the administration that she is doing for the multitasking in a family and the society around her. Women are mostly depended on somebody for everything as she is doing many roles in her life as a child, adult, teen aged, wife, mother and grandmother. She is ignored to be a single stable person.

World pulse really makes a good system to raise up their voices as they are the real pulses of this World. If there is no pulse in a person, it means there will be no blood circulation for the brain, so the brain tissues will be collapsed and start to die within 4-6 minutes. As the result of that, all the functions of the body will be stop the function then the person will be die. So World pulse is giving a d picture to the world how a women is being of the pulse of the world.

I'm as a woman, so brave to bring forward the hidden voices to the world even if its mine or some other women here and the way to the women for globally empowered with her own dreams and her own voice.

I loved how you equated women’s current lack of voice with a lack of pulse in a body. You are right that without pulsing women’s voices, the world suffers, just like a body without a pulse suffers when this vital input is missing.

I look forward to reading more of your contributions. To make them even better, I suggest you put quotation marks around quoted material and try to avoid overstating your case. For example, do women really “always keep silent in every moment”? Remember that the plight of the world and women is serious enough without overly broad statements that may make some readers discount what you say.
