Challenges...........

This world is going through with challenges in different ways.Every human being is passing at least some challenges in their life.Transformation of a community is not a possible thing. According to the WHO Commission on Social Determinants of Health Final Report on September 2007 they indicate like as \"Support through resources, infrastructure and effective policies/programs the women and girls who function as the ‘shock absorbers’ for families, economies and societies through their responsibilities in ‘caring’ for people, and invest in programs to transform both male and female attitudes to caring work so that men begin to take an equal responsibility in such work.\"

Lack of awareness (knowledge of women, their families and the existence of their values) and lack of acknowledgements (recognition that something should and can be done about their problem) are important barriers to women’s access. Also the Social norms consist of rules of conduct and models of behavior prescribed by a society. They are rooted in the customs, traditions and value systems that gradually develop in this society. Performance is an example of a value assimilated within the prevailing social norm. Resisting it can lead to exclusion are the barriers for a transformation of a community.

Overcoming the challenges is a big dare in this world. first there should be an awareness among the community what are the values they have and how can they empowered with those values. Through the medias create positive thinkings among the community how what the women are doing. First time it may be get against from the community and can receive negative feedbacks but more and more when we try to bring up the hidden stories of the adventures of the women turn them to think about the people who ignores with social norms.

For me World pulse is a great opportunity to encourage people with new set of ideas and give their own voices for the abuses and inequality and so many other things happen to the women in he community. Some social networks are for fun some are for education some are for professional and some are personal. These networks don't have much value for a woman. The equally give the chances for men and women finally the same barrier is coming across the women part as ignorance through those networks.

But here it shows how the women are value and how their voices are precious.
