Gender issues affects women in every area of their live even in educational reforms and other issues concerning women and number of factors affecting women,in our rural communities women are not regarded or accepted considering the significance of rural poverty across the continent,it should come as no surprise that rural school children who are girls are the most disadvantage from a socioeconomic perspective when it comes to access to a quality education,
school generally are male dominate teachers and girls child are not attended Ghanaian are much linked to poverty and other inequalities and socioeconomic conditions, because of that male child are no important to them than the girl child because it is believe a girl will end up to the kitchen so they are not important to be educated,inequality against the girl child the evidence indicates inequity
