Welcome

Good Morning and Welcome! :)

I'd just like to start the ball rolling by introducing myself and giving a general idea of what I expect from this group.

My name is TJ Rampersaud and I'm from Guyana. I've been interested in photography since I was about 6 years old and this interest has only grown with time. I'm not a professional but I have picked up a lot of tricks along the way that I'd love to share and I'm open to learning from you and your experiences also.

I'd like for this group to focus on photography as it relates to empowerment and be a good place for us to constructively critique each other's works and help each other creat strong photographs.

If you know anyone who'd be interested, please feel free to send them the link - all are welcome!

Looking forward to some great interactions!

Regards,
TJ

Photograph for this post: I selected a water lily as I find them amazing. These flowers equal the idea of "hope" to me because they can grow in the dirtiest waters and always appear so beautiful. There are so many of us who have raisen from a darkness and shine and so many who are working their ways up... HOPE!
